Musicologist and music journalist. A graduate of the University of Warsaw (Faculty of History). Since 1993, he has been associated with Program 2 of Polish Radio. Presenter of music and music-journalism bands ("Morning of Dwójki", "Wybieram Dwójkę"), host of original music broadcasts in the morning band ("Kanon Dwójki", "Wolna Saturday", previously "Quodlibet Dwójki") and commentator of broadcasts and retransmissions of concerts and opera performances ("Filharmonia Dwójki", "Opera Evening").
 
 Creator of monographic broadcasts devoted to the music of classicism and romanticism (including "Joseph Haydn's 104 Symphonies", "Romanticism Known and Unknown", "My Times Are Yet to Come, or Gustav Mahler's Symphony"). Author of many interviews with artists-musicians, scientists, people of science and culture, Co-author (together with Joanna Grotkowska) of the series of broadcasts Road to Beauty - a guide to the work of Witold Lutosławski (2013) and One Hundred Years of Independence. From Paderewski to Zagajewski (2018). He is the author of journalistic texts, reviews and interviews published, among others, in in "Ruch Muzyczny", "MWM Muzyka w Mieście" and on the website www.dwutygodnik.com.

Winner of the Golden Microphone 2010 - a prestigious award of the Polish Radio. In his free time, he is an incorrigibly addicted book reader.
